Webmail Menu bar

The Webmail Menu bar within VPOP3 enables you to quickly perform relevant actions.

The Menu has six main headings; of which, three have multiple options.

Option Active Function
Message Mail tab only Enables/disables Message menu
New Message Always Opens a new tab to create a new message
Reply Message is selected, not in Sent/Drafts folders Opens a new tab to reply to the selected message
Reply All Message is selected, not in Sent/Drafts folders Opens a new tab to reply to sender and all recipients of the selected message
Forward Message is selected, not in Sent/Drafts folders Opens a new tab to forward the selected message to new recipients
Resend Message is selected, not in Drafts folder Opens a new tab to resend a verbatim copy of the selected message to its original recipients
Edit Draft Message is selected, only in Drafts folder Opens a new tab to continue working on the selected draft message
Print Message Message is selected Launches a preview window with a dialogue box to specify how to print the message
Move to folder Message is selected Launches a menu to move the selected messages to another folder or user
Copy to folder Message is selected Launches a menu to copy the selected messages to another folder or user
Mark read Message is selected, currently unread Marks all selected messages as read
Mark unread Message is selected Marks all selected messages as unread
Delete Message is selected Moves selected messages to Deleted Items folder; permanently deletes selected messages, if already in Deleted Items
Mark As Spam Message is selected, not in Sent/Drafts folders Marks the selected message as spam and moves it into Quarantine
Folder Mail tab only Enables/disables Folder menu
Mark Folder Read Always Marks every message in the active folder as read
New Subfolder Active folder is not Inbox Creates a subfolder within the active folder
New Root Folder Always Creates a new root level folder
Rename Folder Active folder can be renamed Launches a dialogue box to rename the active folder
Delete Folder Active folder can be deleted Deletes the active folder, even if there are messages in it
Share Folder Always Launches menu to set user permissions
Empty Trash Folder Active folder is Deleted Items or a subfolder Empties the active folder
Tools Always Enables/disables Tools menu
Settings Always Launches the settings dialogue box
Passwords Always Launches a dialogue box to change the password
Admin Always Launches Administration Settings
Logout Always Logs the current user out of Webmail
Help Always Launches the Help documentation
