The Lua function 'VPOP3.SetSetting' sets a general setting forVPOP3

It takes two parameters:

1. The name of the setting. This can either by the 'Name' field of the 'Settings.Settings' database table or the internal setting name
2. The data to set

The function returns one values:

1. boolean - 'true' if the setting was set
