Webmail Menu bar

The Webmail Menu bar within VPOP3 webmail enables you to quickly perform relevant actions.

The Menu has six main headings; of which, three have multiple options.

→ Open Message is selected Opens a new tab to view the nominated messages 5+ Mail tab only
→ Download Message is selected Downloads the nominated message in .eml format 5+
→ Reply Message is open or selected, not in Sent/Drafts folders Opens a new tab to reply to the nominated message 4+
→ Reply All Message is open or selected, not in Sent/Drafts folders Opens a new tab to reply to sender and all recipients of the nominated message 4+
→ Forward Message is open or selected, not in Sent/Drafts folders Opens a new tab to forward the nominated message to new recipients 4+
→ Resend Message is open or selected Opens a new tab to resend a verbatim copy of the nominated message to its original recipients 4+ Not visible in Drafts folder
→ Edit Draft Message is open or selected Opens a new tab to continue working on the nominated draft message 4+ Only visible in Drafts folder
→ Print Message Message is open or selected Launches a preview window with a dialogue box to specify how to print the message 4+
→ Show Headers Always Via a sub-menu, allows viewing of either Full or Basic message headers 5+ View Message tab only
→ Move to folder Message is selected Launches a window to move the nominated messages to another folder or user 4+ Mail tab only
→ Copy to folder Message is selected Launches a window to copy the nominated messages to another folder or user 4+ Mail tab only
→ Mark read Message is selected, currently unread Marks all nominated messages as read 4+ Mail tab only
→ Mark unread Message is selected, currently read Marks all nominated messages as unread 4+ Mail tab only
→ Delete Message is open or selected Moves nominated messages to Deleted Items folder; permanently deletes nominated messages, if already in Deleted Items 4+
→ Mark As Spam Message is open or selected, not in Sent/Drafts folders Marks the nominated message as spam and moves it into Quarantine 4+
Folder Mail tab only Opens/closes Folder menu4+
→ Mark Folder Read Always Marks every message in the active folder as read 4+
→ New Subfolder Active folder is not Inbox Creates a subfolder within the active folder 4+
→ New Root Folder Always Creates a new root level folder 4+
→ Rename Folder Active folder can be renamed Launches a dialogue box to rename the active folder 4+
→ Delete Folder Active folder can be deleted Deletes the active folder, even if there are messages in it 4+
→ Share Folder Always Launches menu to set user permissions 4+
→ Empty Trash Folder Active folder is Deleted Items or a subfolder Empties the active folder 4+
Tools Always Opens/closes Tools menu4+
→ Settings Always Launches the settings dialogue box 4+
→ Calendars Always Opens the calendars tab, or selects it if already open 5+
→ Autoresponders Always Opens the autoresponders tab, or selects it if already open 5+
