(VPOP3 Enterprise Only)
This adds an entry to the SMTP Client Block list.
The data specified is:
IPAddress - the IP address to add. This can be an individual IP address or a CIDR address (IPv4 and IPv6 addresses are allowed)
Period - this is the time (in minutes) for the address to stay in the block list. There is no way to specify 'for ever', but using a value such as 1,000,000,000 (1 billion) should probably suffice as that is about 1900 years. (The default is 30 minutes)
The data is added to the 'smtpstats.smtpclientblocks' database table.
