======How to configure Encore 32 Estate Agent Software======

  - Close down the Encore software
  - Open up the "Maintenance 32" program
  - Click on "Email Configuration"
  - Enter the IP address of the VPOP3 computer into the "SMTP Server address" box
  - Save Configuration, close down the Maintenance program
  - Restart the Encore software
